EKPLORASI CONTINUANCE INTENTION PADA EXPECTATION CONFIRMATION MODEL BERKELANJUTAN PENGGUNA BUY-NOW-PAY-LATER DI KOTA SEMARANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial literacy, perceived usefulness, dan perceived risk terhadap continuance intention penggunaan layanan PayLater dengan mempertimbangkan peran satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi dan confirmation sebagai variabel moderasi pada pengguna PayLater di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan objek pengguna layanan Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) di Kota Semarang. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pengguna BNPL di Kota Semarang dengan sampel sebanyak 156 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert, dan analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance intention (β = 0,212; p = 0,021) dan satisfaction (β = 0,317; p = 0,000). Sebaliknya, perceived risk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap continuance intention (β = -0,010; p = 0,917). Selanjutnya, perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance intention (β = 0,294; p = 0,004) serta satisfaction (β = 0,326; p = 0,000). Selain itu, satisfaction juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuance intention (β = 0,412; p = 0,000). Hasil uji moderasi menunjukkan bahwa confirmation tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh financial literacy terhadap satisfaction (β = -0,022; p = 0,469). Sementara itu, hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa satisfaction mampu memediasi pengaruh financial literacy terhadap continuance intention (β = 0,131; p = 0,001) serta memediasi pengaruh perceived usefulness terhadap continuance intention (β = 0,134; p = 0,003). Oleh karena itu, penyedia layanan PayLater perlu meningkatkan edukasi literasi keuangan serta memperkuat manfaat dan kualitas layanan agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan keberlanjutan penggunaan, khususnya pada pengguna PayLater di Kota Semarang.
